We want to give our customers a fair price. A job that will take less time will generally cost less than a job that requires more time to complete. When flooring has been neglected for a long period of time it will generally cost more to restore than a floor that is maintained on a regular basis.
Working with a new customer is the beginning of a new relationship. Getting to know the customer and what their needs are then trying to find the right method that will get their floor looking new again.
We've worked in the commercial cleaning industry for over 20 years. Managing crews of up to 40 employees as well as smaller floor refinishing crews. Along with our hands on experience we spend countless hours researching the industry in order to stay up to date with current trends.
We began cleaning office buildings for our previous employer who we were then hired by to manage a major airport contract. We are grateful for the humble beginnings because it helped us better understand what our employees were going through.
We've worked with municipalities, retailers, parishes, commercial businesses as well as residential customers.
Our favorite project is refinishing our own parish's tile floor. This was one of the original buildings that we worked in and so we are always excited to get the floor shining again each year.
Explain to them what results you are hoping to achieve with your floors. Ask questions. Have a dialog with them. Communicating well is the most important step. If this step is done well then there will be less surprises later on.
What will the process be? How much will it cost? How long will it take? When the work is done, how do I maintain the floor in order to keep it looking new?
